This image was taken just meters from a group of Camargue horses in full motion. It’s not a distant scene. It’s close, raw and filled with dust, power and movement. I wanted to capture the chaos and energy that surround these moments. The rush of hooves. The tension in every stride. It’s not about watching from afar. It’s about feeling the storm pass right in front of you.

This print formed part of the fine art photography exhibition 'Horses of Salt and Wind' held in Malta in 2025.
