Testimonials

Laura, Edinburgh, UK

"I saw Johan’s elephant photograph of Craig in Amboseli online and knew it had to be part of our collection. The depth and emotion in his eyes are unforgettable."

Where these Leopard prints work best

Black and white leopard prints work especially well in spaces where subtle strength and quiet detail can be appreciated. The natural contrast of black and white animal photography allows these images to fit easily into both modern and classic interiors, making them a strong choice for collectors looking for refined wildlife wall art.

In living rooms and home offices, a limited edition leopard print often becomes a focal point without dominating the space. The calm but alert presence of a leopard adds depth and character, especially when presented as a fine art wildlife print on museum grade paper. Bedrooms and private rooms benefit from the softer tones and textures found in black and white photography, creating a more intimate and grounded atmosphere.

Because each leopard print is produced in small editions, these works are not just decorative but meaningful additions to a collection, whether displayed in a home, a studio, or a design focused interior.

Frequently asked questions

1. What size options are available for leopard prints?

Leopard prints are available in a range of sizes, from smaller statement pieces to large scale fine art wildlife prints designed for feature walls. Available sizes are listed on each product page, allowing you to choose the format that best suits your space and how you want the image to be experienced.

2. Why do black and white leopard prints work so well as wall art?

Black and white animal photography draws attention to the unique patterns, gaze, and posture of a leopard without the distraction of colour. This gives leopard wall art a calm and timeless quality that works well across many interior styles and does not feel tied to changing design trends.

3. Are Johan Siggesson’s leopard prints limited edition?

Yes. Many of Johan Siggesson’s leopard prints are released as limited editions. Each fine art leopard print is produced using museum quality materials and is signed and numbered, making it both a visual and collectible work.

4. Where are these leopard prints photographed?

Johan’s leopard images are photographed in the wild across parts of Africa where leopards still live and hunt freely. These locations offer the natural landscapes and light needed to capture real moments rather than staged or artificial scenes.

5. What makes Johan Siggesson’s leopard prints different from other wildlife photography?

Johan’s work focuses on stillness, presence, and real connection rather than spectacle. His leopard prints are known for their quiet intensity and careful composition, shaped by time spent in the field observing how these animals move and behave.

6. How do I choose the right leopard wall art for my home?

Think about how you want the space to feel. A close portrait creates focus and impact, while a wider scene brings a sense of calm and atmosphere. Black and white leopard prints work especially well in modern, minimalist, and nature inspired interiors.

7. Do you ship leopard prints internationally?

Yes. Johan ships fine art wildlife prints worldwide. Each leopard print is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely, whether it is being delivered locally or across continents.

8. What paper and materials are used for leopard prints?

Leopard prints are produced on premium baryta paper using archival pigment inks. This combination provides rich tonal depth, fine detail, and long term durability for collectors investing in museum quality leopard wall art.

9. Do leopard prints support wildlife conservation?

Johan’s photography is closely connected to wildlife conservation through awareness, partnerships, and ethical field practices. Leopards are photographed with care and respect, helping bring attention to the challenges they face in the wild.

10. How long does worldwide shipping take?

Print production usually takes around one to two weeks. Once ready, shipping normally takes under one week. Delivery times can vary slightly depending on your location.

11. Are framed leopard prints available?

Leopard prints can be ordered either unframed or professionally framed and ready to hang. Because framed works are larger and more delicate, shipping costs are calculated separately and insurance may be added to ensure safe delivery. For this reason, many collectors choose to frame their prints locally, which is often safer and more cost effective.

Purposeful Leopard Photography

Leopards are among the most adaptable and elusive animals in Africa, yet they are also some of the most vulnerable. Habitat loss, shrinking prey, and increasing conflict with humans continue to place pressure on their survival. Spending time observing leopards in the wild reveals how cautious and aware they are, always moving through their environment with quiet precision. Being close to them makes it clear how fragile their future can be.

This collection exists to share more than just beautiful images. It is meant to highlight the reality of living with a predator that is often misunderstood and increasingly pushed to the edges of its natural world. Each photograph is a small reminder of how easily these animals could disappear from places where they have lived for generations.

Supporting wildlife photography and responsible safaris also helps protect the landscapes leopards depend on. Ethical tourism and conservation focused storytelling provide resources for local communities and organisations working to keep these animals safe. When people feel a connection to a species, they are more likely to care about its future.

Through my work, I try to show leopards as they really are, not as symbols but as living, breathing animals with a right to exist in balance with the world around them.

Leopard print - Storytelling

There are moments in the wild that stay with you long after the camera is packed away. This leopard print comes from one of those moments. The photograph was taken on the Laikipia Plateau in central Kenya, a vast and rugged landscape that stretches from the slopes of Mount Kenya to the edge of the Great Rift Valley. It is a place where the land feels endless, a mix of thick bush and open ridges, and where every rustle or call feels close and alive.

At fourteen months, Kinyo was already spending most of his time alone, though he still met up with his mother from time to time, as if it was hard to let go completely. When we found him, he was calling for her, his voice low and steady in the still air. From somewhere in the bush she answered. Moments later she appeared, almost out of nowhere, moving quietly through the vegetation. Their reunion was brief but powerful, filled with sound, movement, and unmistakable affection. Then, as quickly as she had come, she slipped away unnoticed, as if to remind him that his time by her side was coming to an end.

He searched for her in vain, calling occasionally as he moved through the bush. For a while he lingered in the cover of the trees, calm but watchful in the fading light. The air was still and heavy with that quiet that falls just before night, when the land seems to hold its breath. It was in that moment that this black and white animal photograph was made.

Bound Yet Apart speaks to that space between closeness and separation, strength and vulnerability. As a fine art leopard print, it holds not just the image of an animal, but a real moment from the wild that cannot be repeated. It reminds me that every journey, in both our professional world and our private one, begins with a step away from comfort and a look toward the unknown.
